Lola enters the “Rice Speedies” cereal contest. She needs to collect the most cards possible to win the moped of her dreams. This makes Virginia want a moped. It’s easier for her ; all she has to do is ask her parents for whatever she wants. But Virginia has trouble accepting being told no for the first time in her. She’ll still get a moped !
