As day dawned on Navarre?s capital city, over 10,000 spectators - admirers of this age-old man-beast tradition and, more recently, lovers of the man-machine Formula One tradition ? filled the city?s streets and bullring to witness a piece of history: the world?s first bull-run where instead of runners leading 600 kg fighting bulls, two world class pilots skillfully steered their 600 kg F1 cars along the cobblestoned streets of Pamplona?s historic old town, the classic setting to the world famous San Fermin Fiesta.
