There is a rather unusual tradition in VIRGINIA’s family. Every time her father builds or buys a building, they hang a picture painted by VIRGINIA in it. On this occasion, her father is paying for a library extension at San Lorenzo High School. VIRGINIA takes advantage to show off in front of all her school companions, saying what a wonderful artist she is. LOLA can’t stand her boasting, and manages to turn the selection of the picture for the new library into a competition open to the whole school.
