It's 1983, and petty-thief Dick (Timothy Olyphant) gets a surprise visit from his unhinged former cellmate, Bug (Stephen Eric McIntyre). When Bug gets Dick fired from his first straight job, Dick gathers his old friends Donnie and Billy (Joe Anderson and Rossif Sutherland) to execute his ?perfect heist?.
